The air conditioner electric energy control device comprises a metering chip control module, so that current and voltage information of an air conditioner complete machine can be sampled, and a real-time power signal of the air conditioner complete machine is output to the control module to monitor the power utilization amount of the air conditioner complete machine at any time; an air conditioner controller is provided with a special metering IC (Integrated Circuit); and the metering IC samples information including current, voltage and the like of the complete machine to output information including the real-time power signal of the complete machine and the like; an air controller main controller automatically distributes power and adjusts operation parameters of an air conditioner through receiving, analyzing and responding power signals, so that the aims of controlling the power consumption of the air conditioner and saving electric energy are achieved and the controller can accurately measure the electric power utilization condition of the complete machine; and real-time power information of the current complete machine is collected and a relative intelligent energy-saving mode is formulated through software analysis and design to manage electric energy of the air conditioner complete machine, so that a set of complete electric energy intelligent management scheme is formed.
