Aplicação da Produção mais Limpa em uma empresa como ferramenta de melhoria contínua

This work seeks to present the development of an environmental program in the resolution of existent problems in a factory of paper packing located in the State of Pernambuco, Brazil. The study was led in the company during the period of November, 2001 to November, 2002, when all phases of the Cleaner Production Program were approached. The reached results overcame the initial expectations, although some identified opportunities were not introduced in the processes. The Program rooted some of their principles to the employees' mentality that started to see their activities of another angle.
