Test of 288×4 Long-Wave Line Array Infrared Detector

HgCdTe288×4 scanning focal plane array(FPA)is the main LWIR thermal imaging technology of the 2nd generation.The line array FPA has much higher space cutoff frequency and wider FOV relative to the staring system.The test plan of 288×4 LWIR line array detector is proposed for the detector test according to the wide application of the line array FPA in the fields of acquisition,observation and pointing.Performance test is realized by this method successfully,which is used to conduct the experiment.The factory results are compared with that from the experiments,showing that the two results are in accordance with each other.
