Technical Parameters Design for Impact Test Transformer

An impact test transformer is a kind of non-standard transformer used for short-circuit test and there are great differences between its technical parameters,structure and use and normal power transformer.Aiming at ordering technical conditions of a transformer to be used in a test station,this paper discussed and appraised technical parameters and structural design for the type of transformer,having set the design principle and its rated capacity,and related calculation and analysis were made.After test running,the technical parameters of the transformer manufactured according to the plan reached design requirements.
