DMF Rattle 해결을 위한 해석적 접근법

Drivers of modern era prefer to drive the vehicle more comfortable and efficient way. DMF is the most innovative device which transmits the reduced exiting force from engine to drivetrain that applies to many passengers vehicle. However, some load devices i.e. A/C, electric components and so on can produce some unexpected loads to the engine which will cause the DMF abnormal RPM fluctuation. In order to resolve this matter, I proposed the investigations of an analytical model which many made by inertia, stiffness and damper. Number of cases are simulated. Design parameters such as Hysteresis, F.P angle and Primary inertia are the most influential parameter to produce DMF rattle noise. For the accurate result, the model will be upgraded and complicated in further study.
