상황 온톨로지를 이용한 셀형 유연조립시스템에서의 작업량 할당 프레임워크

To manufacture a large variety of products at a low cost, companies effort to change their assembly system. Cellular manufacturing is one of the solutions to meet flexible manufacture environments. The cell formed system provides several advantages such as being able to manage processes, defects, scheduling, equipment maintenance and other manufacturing issueless more efficiently than the traditional mass-production line. Further, The cells layout inherits features such as reduced setup times, reduce in-process inventory, improved product quality, shorter lead time, and reduced tool requirements from GT (The Group Technology). However, existing cellular manufacturing cannot consider each cell’ conditions such as proficiency of operators, productivity for specific product type, workload, and context of manufacture environments. In this paper, we propose a framework for supporting assignment problems in flexible cellular assembly systems. The proposed approach adopts a semantic contextaware ontology and a neural network algorithm in order to reason about explicit and uncertain contexts.
