Méthode Multicritère De Choix D’Un Emplacement: Le Cas D’Un Aeroport Dans Le Nouveau Québec

AbstractThe important aerien trafic demand involves the construction of the new airports. The site selection for these airports involves many incommensurable and conflictuel objectives as: minimize the construction and total cost, minimize the noisy for the nearst community, minimise the site access time, have an adequate capacity to satisfy the demand,… Many algorithms have been developed and proposed to solve the site selection problem. After that we will present a brief review of diverse approachs, we develop a method based on the fixation of goals according to each attribute. The notion of generalized criterion introduced in the PROMETHEE outranking method will be used. This concept will lead the decision maker to build a satisfaction functions for every observed deviations from the fixed goals. This method will be used as a technique to select a site for the construction of an airport in the new Quebec.
