RARE EARTH ALLOYS

Physical and mechanical properties of rare earth alloys and various metals alloyed with rare earths were studied. Phase diagrams were constructed and analytical data are given for Mg- Nd, Mg- Y, Mg- Gd, Al- Nd, Al- Y, La- Ce, Pr--Nd, Gd--Ce, Sn-Y, Cr--La, Cr --Ce, and Cr-Y alloys. (R.V.J.)
