Demand analysis and business modeling of community health services performance management

The paper aims to analyze related requirements of community health performance management, build the business model of performance management and provide references for the subsequent development of performance management information system. It applies literature research, current situation investigation, in-depth interviews, key success factors (KSF) and other analysis methods to identify core needs of the business user of the community health service performance management and then uses the unified modeling language (UML) to build the business model of performance management in order to show business logic relationship of community health service performance management. This study masterly integrated performance plans, performance examine, performance appraisal, performance feedback and result application - five major functional domains into an organic entirety and each domain have its own function and feature, in which the business flow chart and data flow diagram of the most business activities for major functional domains were specified.
