This paper reports upon the development of a new measuring procedure for seam pucker which is based on computer ‘vision’. The procedure is objective and is focused on the aesthetic property of the seam assembly. The results are presented in two parts; Part I reported on the development of a cognitive model for the measurement of seam pucker and Part II, described here, explains the model's implementation by using the computer ‘vision’ system.
