Optimized Plate Cutting Scheme for Intelligent Manufacturing

The requirement for cutting optimization in manufacturing industry has changed from the single optimization of layout to the optimization of the entire integrated and intelligent process. Aimed at this requirement change, an evaluation system for optimized cutting plan in intelligent manufacturing is established firstly; then the intelligent layout algorithms is improved and designed; and an integrated optimized layout system in intelligent manufacturing is developed. Finally, the effectiveness of this system is verified with using optimized layout examples.
