Research and Development of Dynamic Management System of Resource Based on GIS

Aimming at the large city resources management, proposes the dynamic marked-portray concept based on the WebGIS platform. Uses the Desktop-GIS and the WebGIS technology, collects the city resources information through Internet, the City Construction Monitoring Center directs and dispatches resources in the GIS platform, enables the resources to obtain optimized the management.
