CARAT–Computer-Assisted Reading and Analysis of Texts: The Appropriation of a Technology

Recent research has noted the resistance of humanities and social sciences experts to computer-assisted reading and analysis of texts (CARAT). One reason offered to explain this attitude is the lack of understanding of this type of technology.
