Complete Genome Sequence of Pronghorn Virus, a Pestivirus

ABSTRACT The complete genome sequence of pronghorn virus, a member of the Pestivirus genus of the family Flaviviridae, was determined here. The virus, originally isolated from a pronghorn antelope, has a genome of 12,273 nucleotides, with a single open reading frame of 11,694 bases encoding 3,897 amino acids.
