INTELLIGENT CHARGING OF PLUG-IN VEHICLES

Abstract: This paper discusses many fundamental and practical issues related to charging of plugin vehicles. Aspects related to the electricity market and management of power systems are covered. When considering intelligent charging, it is important to do so from the user’s point of view, take other new loads in the network and other novel strategic design and operation related paradigms carefully into account.
