CONTROL SCHEME OF A NOVEL HEAT SUPPLY SYSTEM BY THE HEAT PUMP AND ITS APPLICATION

After briefly introducing the structure and work principle of a heat pump,a widely employed heat supplies system via the heat pump to the dry section of paper machine is proposed in this paper.The main components and control scheme were illustrated in detail .Some advanced control techniques such as the newly applied puff steam control;low-end select control,high-end select control and multi-schedule control were employed in this system.The steam in dryers can be recycled for use in terms of the heat pump ,as well as the steam condensed water can also be discharged smoothly.The system has been in operation with substantial profit.The intensity of conducting heat of dryers is improved greatly and the consumption of steam is reduced obviously.
