The constructions of super tall buildings become more popular all over the world. In case of super tall buildings, the size of foundations, especially raft becomes wider and deeper because of heavy column loads. It could cause several problems such as increasing of excavation depth, heat of hydration and so on. Therefore, in this paper, the effects of loading on the foundation design were surveyed by the parametric analysis. The variable stories, and wind load were considered as the effecting factors. Through this study, the possibility of reasonable and cost-effective foundation design could be confirmed.
