Research on Control System of AC Servo-motor Rotational Speed Based on Single Chip Computer

The paper provides a scheme to control nonstandard AC servo-motor using single chip computer STC89C52RC.A kind of controlling the size of pulse width based on closure or disconnection relay is provided.As a result,the feasibility of this system is verified by the construction of hardware flat and implementation of software,the close-loop autonomic control displacement of glide magnetism piece for off-standard AC Servo-motor is implemented,then to control the change of magnetic field and it reaches the purpose of controlling rotational speed.The system is applied to the accurate control of rotate speed of servo-motor is performed successfully,which not only can control process well,but also can go to position accurately and satisfy the needs of industrial field.
