Internet technology enables precise and provocative mapping of information to individuals and is a means by which people can change or be changed by ideas presented digitally. As businesses grapple with the challenge of training employees using a variety of techniques and technologies, many are investing in e-learning systems to track, evaluate and manage company-wide training initiatives. The model presented here provides a benchmark to deliver performance-oriented, cost-effective training to individual consumers and small businesses, as well as corporate customers.
