다양한 설계변수를 고려한 치과용 임플란트의 최적설계

In this study, the optimization of dental implant system considering various design parameters was conducted. Using the design of experiment (DOE), sensitivity analysis of the design parameters was performed for minimizing the maximum effective stress in the cortical and trabecular bones. From the results of DOE, the radius, the tapered angles of fixture, the numbers of micro-threads and threads, and the height of micro-thread have strong influences on stress distributions in bones. Applying MMFD (Modified method of feasible direction) to the model, the optimal values of the parameters was suggested by coupling the finite element analysis with the numerical optimization tool into a fully automated design tool.
