Novel synchronous lifting device

The invention relates to a novel synchronous lifting device which is characterized in that one end of the lifting device is connected with a lifting appliance, and the other end is connected with a synchronous speed measuring device; one end of the synchronous speed measuring device is connected with a lifting shaft of the lifting device, and the other end is connected with a frame of the lifting device; one end of the lifting appliance is connected with a lifting wheel of the lifting device through a bush roller chain, and the other end comes into contact with the frame of the lifting device; a central control cabinet is installed on the lifting frame of the synchronous lifting device; a transmission shaft is arranged on the lifting device, two sets of lifting chain wheels and one set of gears are installed on the shaft, a lifting chain is installed on the lifting chain wheels and installed on one side of the lifting frame, one sides of the lifting chain wheels are provided with gears, a large gear on the synchronous speed measuring device is meshed with a gear on the lifting shaft, an increasing type rotary encoder is arranged on a small gear of the synchronous speed measuring device and is in signal connection with a central controller. The novel synchronous lifting device realizes full automation of a mechanical conveying process, reduces the labor intensity of workers, improves the reliability and the safety of a hanging-transfer process and has wide application prospect and strong practicality.
