The Organization and Implementation of Grading Assessment for Logistics Training in the Military Hospital

A comprehensive evaluation of training was carried in the hospital in terms of organization and leadership,the training results,training capacity,training management and training conditions.The evaluation was carried out by appraisal expert group with a thousand-mark system based on grading assessment standards and implementation regulations,and the methods were applied as listening,looking,checking,testing and practicing.To improve the quality of logistics training,we should advance the implementation of the training according to the regulations,improve the organization level of training,standardize the process of logistical support to medical service in wartime,and promote the construction of the medical information command system.
