Touch sensor integrated type display device and method of fabricating the same

PURPOSE: A device for integrally displaying a touch sensor and a manufacturing method are provided to use a common electrode used for forming an electric field with pixel electrodes as a touch driving or sensing electrode, thereby reducing the number of processes necessary for forming the touch driving or sensing electrode. CONSTITUTION: Gate lines (GL) and data lines (DL) are intersected. Pixel electrodes (Px) are formed in an area which is defined with the intersection of the gate lines and the data lines. First electrodes (Tx) are formed in the pixel electrodes in parallel with the gate lines. Second electrodes (Rx) are formed in order to be overlapped with a part of pixel electrodes. The second electrodes are formed in parallel with the data lines. First electrode resistance reduction wiring and second electrode resistance reduction wiring are formed to be overlapped with the second electrodes according to the direction of the second electrodes and reduces the resistance of the second electrodes.
