5.8 GHz ISM band energy harvester utilizing Dickson charge pump

This paper introduces a 5.725-5.850GHz ISM band energy harvester that utilizes a Dickson charge pump to harvest enough charge to light up an LED from 50cm away with less than 1W of transmitted power. The design utilizes two arrays of dual patch antennas with a staggered feed to enable a wider radiation gain pattern.
