The invention discloses a ventilation and air-conditioning control system based on real-time video analysis. The ventilation and air-conditioning control system comprises a video collector mounted in a laboratory, an image recognition unit and a variable air volume (VAV) control unit, wherein the image recognition unit is in signal connection with the video collector, and used for extracting and analyzing image signals collected by the video collector to acquire the real-time number of staff in the laboratory; the VAV control unit is connected with the image recognition unit, and works according to the real-time number of staff in the laboratory; and the real-time number of staff in the laboratory is acquired by the image recognition unit through image recognition. According to the ventilation and air-conditioning control system, the work of the VAV control unit is controlled by adopting the image recognition unit, so that the air volume demand of the laboratory and the opening value of a VAV valve can be matched automatically; according to the control target, the frequency of a draft fan and that of an exhaust fan are reduced to the greatest extent, thereby reducing the pressure difference of an air duct; and under the circumstance that the exhaust volume is guaranteed, the throttling effect of the VAV valve is reduced to lower energy consumption, and the running noise of the draft fan, the exhaust fan and the air duct is reduced.
