Design of a Tuning Narrow-band Columned Cavity Filter

In order to meet the requirement of radar equipments for import filter products,and based on the development flow and the quality-control principle of the item,a narrow-band columned cavity filter by tuning loaded-capacity is designed in this paper.Based on the design principle of the columned cavity filter,academic structure parameters are obtained,and an electromagnetic structure model is established.After the simulation and optimization,the ideal characteristics of the filter are obtained,and this paper analyzes the electromagnetic distribution of the cavity and the tuning range of the frequency.Finally,the test proves that the filter product has many advantages,such as narrow-band,lower insertion loss and better frequency selectivity,and meets the product performance requiremnt of radar equipments.
