A secure piconet organization and maintenance method with using Elliptic Curve Cryptography

PURPOSE: A method for forming and maintaining a stable network using an elliptic curve cryptography to have confidentiality and stability when forming a stable network and applying a bluetooth. CONSTITUTION: It is judged whether an access requested slave is for an authenticated network(S1). A master-A requests a master-B to confirms a justice of information from the access requested slave(S2). The master B provides a signature value of a slave to the master A(S3). The access request slave transmits a signal value to the master A(S4). It is confirms whether the signature value transmitted to the slave is identical with a signature value of a corresponding slave(S5). When the signature value transmitted to the slave is identical with the signature value of a corresponding slave, the access request slave is authenticated and a group key is divided(S6). When the signature value transmitted to the slave is different from the signature value of a corresponding slave, an error is outputted(S7).
