Rapid Realization of Networked Control Systems Based on NetCon

To solve the problem of realization of networked control systems(NCS) and promote its study and application,the simulation and realization platform of NCS,NetCon,was developed,in which the control system rapid prototype development was integrated with networked control by the connection technology of IP network(ethernet/wireless network/internet).The design principle of the NetCon's components was introduced in detail,and the NCS for a DC motor based on the WLAN by NetCon was designed.The practical application shows that NetCon provides a solution of rapid development and real-time control of NCS,which can rapidly achieve the modeling of controlled plants,the design,simulation and realization of the control system,and other important tasks such as the configuration,supervisory control and tuning.
