1 f{hook} noise in homogeneous single crystals of III-V compounds

Abstract 1 ƒ Noise has been measured on InSb, GaAs and GaP homogeneous rectangular single crystals. The noise is inversely proportional to the total number of mobile charge carriers. The proportionality factor α is approx. 2 × 10−3 as in metals and other semiconductors.
