Creation of regional center for shared access to educational software based on cloud technology

The paper describes the concept and implementation of regional center for shared access to educational software based on cloud technology (RCSA). Students are provided the access via Internet to remote desktop with needed software. Developed service is provided as cloud DaaS. This service is profitable for educational institutions because they don't need to update hardware and to buy paid software.
