The Impacts on Learning Ability of Enterprises Brought by Computerization

Based on the discussion about the corresponding impacts on learning ability of the computerized enterprises,this article has pointed out that an organized structure favorable to share the knowledge among staffs has to be established and the way of E-learning has to be promoted to improve the learning ability of an enterprise for a healthier interaction between computerization and learning ability of the enterprise itself.
