Component Glycerides of Ochna artopurpuria and Zanthoxylum alatum Seed Oils

The fatty acid distribution patterns in the component glycerides of Ochna artopurpuria and Zanthoxylum alatum were determined by combination of selective enzymatic hydrolysis, TLC and GLC techniques.
