A mobile broadcasting terminal having an Electronic Program Guide Roaming function and the roaming method thereof

A mobile broadcasting terminal having an EPG(Electronic Program Guide) roaming function and a roaming method are provided to carry out a roaming function by using a meta data interface for an EPG in the terminal which receives mobile broadcasting, therefore EPG mapping functions in different languages are available. A meta data interface for EPG conversion is received from an EPG mapping service provider(S31,S32). EPG data provided from a broadcasting transmitting station is received(S33). If the received EPG data does not satisfy a condition which can be processed in a terminal, the data is converted into a data type which can be processed in the broadcasting terminal by using the meta data interface for the EPG conversion(S34,S35).
