Camera-based security payment method

Disclosed in the invention is a camera-base security payment method. The camera is arranged at an electronic terminal of a user; and the electronic terminal includes positioning equipment. The method comprises the following steps that: the electronic terminal carries out equipment authority verification according to positioning information of the positioning equipment and media access control (MAC) address of the terminal itself; after the equipment authority verification is done successfully, the camera is started automatically and carries out scanning on a credit card belonging to the user; image processing is carried out on scanning data to obtain user credit card information; and on the basis of combination of a payment password inputted by the user, payment is completed at a remote payment server. According to the security payment method, before the camera scans the credit card information of the user, the step of equipment authority verification of the payment equipment is added, thereby improving usability, portability and security of electronic transaction of the user. Meanwhile, because of the special image processing algorithm, high-efficiency identification of credit card data is realized.
