Fuzzy Neural Network Control Method for DC-DC Converter

A new type of FNN (Fuzzy Neural Network) structure in series form is presented in this paper. The new FNN controller is not only characterized with simple structure and easy application of the typical fuzzy controller, but also has the clustering and self-learning ability of the neural network. The FNN controller is designed for a full-bridge series type resonant DC-DC converter, and good control performance is achieved through simulation results. Moreover, the troubles from regulating control parameters and the complexity of the traditional FNN controller are avoided in the design process.
