Error Resilient Video Coding for Video Communication

In this paper,we provide an overview of recent techniques of error resilient and robust video coding algorithms for mobile communication.there techniques include error detection and resynchronization,error correction,error concealment ,and feedback-based error control.Many of them have been incorporated into the ISO(MPEG-4)and ITU-T H.263.+standards.
