Research on statistical process quality control based on low volume manufacturing

The problems occurred in the statistical process quality control in the low volume manufacturing were analyzed.When process quality characteristic data followed normal distribution,a standard control chart was provided to monitor process mean and process variance based on the probability integral transform theory.This algorithm has realized real-time control of process quality in the low volume manufacturing.
