Electronic handwriting device and manufacturing method thereof

The invention provides an electronic handwriting device, comprising a first flexible and transparent base layer with a first transparent conducting layer, an electronic paper display material layer and a second base layer with a second conducting layer in sequence. The electronic handwriting device is characterized in that an isolating layer and a flexible double-sided pixel electrode layer are also arranged between the electronic paper display material layer and the first transparent conducting layer or the second conducting layer; and the electronic handwriting device also comprises a control circuit. The invention also provides a manufacturing method of the electronic handwriting device. By adopting the electronic handwriting device provided by the invention, writing can be realized with no need of an electric handwriting pen, so that the use is convenient and the safety is improved.
