Regarding low gain flatness and poor match in ultra-band low noise amplifer(LNA),the design aspects of LNA were analyzed based on negative-feedback circuit theory,ultra-wide band match technology and device selection for ultra-band circuit and high-frequency circuit. By using the ADS software,we designed an ultra-wide band low noise amplifier working in 0.2-3GHz. By optimizing circuit components parameters,the ultra-wide band LNA was designed with gain of 30dB,gain-flatness of less than ±1.5 dB,noise-figure of less than 1.5 dB and input and output retain loss of better than -10 dB.
