A comprehensive method for operation situation evaluation in active distribution network based on expert experience

The operation situation evaluation is the basis of situation awareness in active distribution network (ADN). In order to reflect the satisfaction of distribution system operation state, a comprehensive method for operation situation evaluation in ADN based on expert experience is proposed. The evaluation system considers the safety, economics and environment of the ADN. A piecewise linear function which can reflect the change rule of the evaluation indicators is used to normalize the indicators, it considers the relationship between the cost and satisfaction of the indicators in different intervals. The reference values of the indicators are determined by the expert experience. Analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each indices. Finally, an actual example is used to test the proposed method and the influence of renewable energy and network topology on the operation situation of ADN are analyzed.
