How a number of interesting nonlinear properties can be obtained is demonstrated by analyzing the displacement of the moving system. Such an analysis was performed by introducing normalized, dimensionless parameters of a loudspeaker and solving the resulting nonlinear differential equation system. These normalized parameters make it possible to classify nonlinearities. For weak nonlinearities, the dominant cause of distortion can be identified by analyzing the constant component of the displacement. For strong nonlinearities, the stochastic response in an unstable frequency range was investigated. A modified viscoelastic model of suspension was applied
