Multiple types of service restoration algorithm for large area blackout in distribution network with distributed generators

For different applications,the paper establishes the appropriate simplified models based on the rigorous model of the distribution network which can eliminate the redundant information and improve processing the efficiency.The hierarchical islanding in the power failure area can reduce the range of power failure and make full use of the generating capacity of distributed power. Multiple types of service restoration algorithms which adopt the appropriate algorithm for different network structures are proposed to reduce the unnecessary searches and improve the computing speed greatly. A practical distribution system simulation shows that the distribution network service restoration algorithm can restore the power of the power failure area quickly.
