Transtheoretical model of behavior change

Transteorijski model promjene ponasanja je jedan od najcesce koristenih i najvise provjeravanih modela koji integrira kljucne koncepte drugih teorija. Jedan je od glavnih doprinosa ovog modela sto promjenu promatra kao kontinuirani proces i naglasava potrebu za procjenom individualne spremnosti za promjenu.
