Broadcasting Clouds Masks and Snow Areas Detected in MedioGrid to Mobile Devices

Satellite image processing and meteorological information extraction become of great importance in the spatial analysis. MedioGrid project develops such algorithms and tools and delivers information in real-time with the support of grid computing. This paper presents an extension to MedioGrid in order to facilitate localized information dissemination on mobile devices.
