Concurrent engineering is becoming one of the key factors for T Company to keep its competitive advantage in the newenvironment.With some kind of die- casting module development process as the example ,the serial model and its problems were analyzed .Then a concurrent model was presented under the guidance of the philosophies and techniques of industrial engineering and concurrent engineering .The effectiveness of thenew model was demonstrated .
