Exploration on Talents Cultivation Mode of Micro-electronics Technology Specialty in Higher Vocational Schools

On the basis of the survey on enterprise needs of professional positions, Shenzhen Polytechnic microelectronics specialty have integrated circuit layout design, digital circuit design as the core working posts and major jobs of the specialty, aiming at the main requirements of the core working posts and major job posts and giving the attention to the demand of basic posts and secondary posts, the curriculum system was composed of cultural quality platform courses, professional foundation platform curriculum and professional technology platform curriculum were constructed, and adaptive practical teaching system was built. To ensure curriculum implementation, the school implemented the flexible"2+1"training mode to balance the relationship between inside school learning and outside school practice.
