CVT 유압제어 시스템 분석

Continuously Variable Transmission(CVT) has a continuous. speed ratio range and has (1 merit of good fuel economy and acceleration performance. Among many CVT concepts, only the steel belt-pulley type CVTs are mass produced. In belt-pulley type CVT, the speed ratio and torque are controlled by movement of two pulleys which are activated by hydraulic pressure. Therefore, CVT hy~ulic control systems must be designed to control the high fluid pressure and large volume. In this study, the hydraulic control systems of CUITently mass produced C\iTs - VT-l of VCST, SCVT of SUZUKI, ECVT of SUBARU, NCVT of NIS S AN, MUL TIrvIA TIC of HONDA - are analyzed and technical trends of CVT hydraulic control system is reviewed.
