Method and device for group communication, having robust mobility

The present invention relates to a method and a device for group communication. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method and a device by which a moving terminal can effectively participate in the group communication. A communication method for a base station in a mobile communication system, according to one embodiment of the present invention, can comprise the steps of: receiving, from an MCE, MBMS bearer-related information including a QoS parameter; updating bearer information on the terminal by using the received MBMS bearer-related information; determining a handover of the terminal and transmitting a handover request message, which includes the MBMS bearer information, to a second base station incapable of supporting an MME or MBMS; transmitting a handover command message from the second base station to the terminal; and transmitting MBMS data to the second base station for a pre-set amount of time. According to one embodiment of the present invention, although the terminal moves to a region at which the MBMS is not provided, a group communication service is quickly provided through a PTP-type communication channel such that the terminal can seamlessly receive the group communication service.
