Atividade das fosfodiesterases em tecido de granulaÁªo submetido a irradiaÁªo de elØtrons ñ estudo experimental em ratos Activity of phosphodiesterases in granulation tissue submitted to electron irradiation ñ experimental study in rats

A atividade enzimAEtica foi avaliada segundo a evolucao do tecido de granulacao aos5,7,10,14,17,20e24dias.OsanimaisforamirradiadoscomumfeixedeelOtronsde6MeV,dosede1Gy,3diasaposa implantacao da esponja, sendo que no momento da irradiacao, foram protegidos por uma lâmina de 4 mm de chum-bo, tendo sido irradiada somente a AErea correspondente ao local onde encontrava-se a esponja. Considerando-se adose e o tipo de radiacao empregada, pode-se concluir que houve influŒncia direta da radiacao na atividade da enzima5™-nucleotidase e da ATPase no inicio do processo de reparacao tecidual, aos5e7dias. JAE a enzima fosfatase alcalinanao sofreu a acao direta da radiacao. E possivel que o principal fator tenha sido danos nos constituintes celulares quesao responsAEveis pela formacao do tecido de granulacao, determinando a producao enzimAEtica conforme a necessida-de.UNITERMOS: Radiacao; ElOtrons; Tecido de granulacao; Enzimas; Fosfatase alcalina; Adenosinatrifosfatase; 5™-nu-cleotidase.
