THE DEVELOPMENT MECHANISM OF INDUSTRIAL PARKS IN UNDERDEVELOPED REGIONS——A Case Study of Xingguo Industrial Park in Ganzhou of Jiangxi

On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of economy and society of the underdeveloped regions,the development dynamic mechanism of the industrial parks in those regions is summarized into six aspects: prime motive power of congenital conditions,leading driving force of the local government,radiation effect power from developed regions,core power of system and culture,impulsion of innovation and study,and the inner advancing power of the parks.It is suggested that cultivating industrial cluster and promoting foreign enterprises' communication with local economy and culture are basic methods to make foreign enterprises localize.
